Refund Policy
(a.k.a. The "This Ain't IKEA Policy)
Thanks for supporting handmade craftsmanship! Every piece I create is built with care, intention, and just enough sawdust to keep things interesting. Here’s the lowdown on refunds and returns:
CUSTOM ORDERS
If your item was customized (engraved, built to spec, or made just for you), then congratulations — you own a one-of-a-kind creation.
All custom sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or take-backs. Why? Because I can’t un-burn your name off a coaster, un-cut your dimensions, or un-glue your hopes and dreams.
STANDARD (Non-Custom) ITEMS
For standard items (non-customized), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition — no signs of use, abuse, or being used as a test subject for your dog's chewing skills. Return shipping is on you.
LET"S TALK WOOD & NATURAL ELEMENTS
Wood and stone are natural materials. That means knots, grain variations, fishers, and minor imperfections are not flaws — they’re features. If you're after factory-perfect uniformity, you might want to check out plastic.
If something shows up way off, damaged in shipping, or you think I made a legitimate mistake, please reach out. I’ll always do my best to make it right — within reason, and preferably over a good-natured email exchange.
